What are they made of?

How do I care for them?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Avoid the washing machine and dryer to protect the suede palm.

Wear them in a real class and put them to the test. If they don't outgrip what you're already using, email us within 15 days of delivery at hello@solemethod.shop with your order number — we'll set you up with store credit toward your next pair.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery at hello@solemethod.shop with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right — refund or replacement, your call.

As someone who constantly works out on a mega former (reformer ) and weight lifts i absolutely love these gloves! I have tried so many and these are the only ones that have satisfied my needs! Love them so much!
