Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend ship the next business day. US orders typically arrive within one week.

US shipping: $5 standard, $15 express. Free standard shipping on orders over $30.

If your order hasn't arrived within two weeks, email us and we'll track it down.

We don't ask you to keep SIREN in the packaging to be eligible. Wear them. Test them in a real class.

If your grip socks or gloves don't grip the way you hoped, email hello@solemethod.shop within 15 days of delivery with your order number. We'll make it right with store credit or a replacement — and you don't need to send them back. Keep them, or pass them to a friend who might love them.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, you get a full refund to your original payment method, and we cover return shipping.
