I'm Mandy MacDonald, a certified Lagree instructor at Lagree NY in Astoria, New York, and the founder of SOLEMETHOD. I designed our grip socks and gloves for the equipment I teach on, and I wear them in class before anything ships.

What's in the line
SIREN grip socks and grip gloves, built for Lagree and reformer Pilates. Mermaid Sole™ grip underfoot, microfiber suede palms on the gloves. Sock colors are added regularly — the current lineup is always on the site.
Why studios carry both
Every new client asks about grip socks, and in some classes they're a requirement. Hands are the part nobody solves — people bring a towel for the handlebars and work around it. Carrying both means the front desk has an answer to both questions.
